SENIOR CAD TECHNICIAN

Senior CAD Technician leading development and coordination of production models and erection drawings for precast concrete projects. Responsible for creating and reviewing job-specific steel assemblies and production/erection drawings; ensuring models and drawings are accurate, complete, and production-ready; overseeing project flow, timelines, and deliverables; leading team meetings; performing Project Checker duties to validate assemblies and tickets; maintaining data flow between Revit and Concrete Vision; coordinating with outsourced drafting/engineering partners and reviewing pour sheets/material orders; mentoring team members and handling special projects as assigned. Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and construction-document interpretation; ability to collaborate with D&E teams, Architects, Engineers, and external stakeholders; capable of proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment and delivering best-in-class outcomes.
