Senior CAD Technician - ALTA Survey Specialist

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •10+ years of applicable experience in a similar role preferred
• •Expert-level knowledge of ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
• •Mastery in reading, interpreting, and determining easements
• •Advanced CAD software skills
• •Strong understanding of surveying principles and legal descriptions
• •Ability to lead and mentor CAD technician team
• •Capable of addressing client comments and coordinating revisions
• •Strong communication and time management skills
• •Proficient in Excel and able to Integrate Excel with AutoCAD and/or GIS as needed
• •Strong understanding of how to coordinate drawings between disciplines and ability to identify drawing conflicts between the disciplines
• •Excellent concentration and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
• •Strong written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• •Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams including technical and non-technical personnel
• •Strong planning, organization, preparation, and execution capabilities
• •Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• •High school diploma/GED diploma required
• •Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• •The employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, balance, kneel or crouch
• •The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
