Job Summary
Lead and manage tasks to successful completion for time, budget, schedule, and quality on challenging bridge and roadway projects within the Ohio River Valley sector. Interpret, organize, and execute assignments while serving as the technical specialist in structural geometry, reinforcing bars layout, and quantities. Perform calculations and direct additional CAD staff, providing advisement on scopes, budgets, and schedules to engineers and managers. Maintain adherence to deadlines, scope, and company protocols while communicating routinely across departments. Requires 10+ years of experience with Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, or West Virginia DOTs, AutoCad, Bentley, and OpenRoads Designer proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working for Indiana DOT and/or Ohio, Kentucky or West Virginia DOTs
- Experienced in AutoCad and Bentley projects required
- Can perform calculations for structural geometry, reinforcing bars layout, and quantities
- Capable of working with Junior Engineers and directing additional CAD Staff
- NBIS Inspection experience a plus
- 10+ Years of Experience
- Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in OpenRoads Designer (ORD) a plus
