Job Summary
Senior Estimator Project Manager to lead cabinetry/construction projects. Responsible for generating layouts/elevations, coordinating estimates from subcontractors, communicating with vendors and project personnel, designing kitchen layouts within client space and budget, issuing purchase orders and contracts, and providing material takeoffs and cost estimates using estimating tools and 2D/3D modeling software (AutoCAD, 2020 Interior Design software, Excel, Outlook, Word). Requires proficiency in reading blueprints/floor plans, strong organizational skills, and demonstrated project management experience in a cabinetry/construction environment. Bachelor’s degrees in engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management are preferred or equivalent work experience; five years of relevant experience; in-person work location in Hillside, IL; salary USD 80,000.00 - 120,000.00 annually plus commissions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: At least five years as an estimator, architect, or related position, preferably in cabinetry, construction, or a related area.
