Job Summary
Develop high-performance C++ modules that integrate with Unreal Engine 5.6+ to enable real-time rendering of statistics and virtual ads on sports broadcasts. Generalize functionality into reusable components for multiple products while supporting the international team in planning new features and maintaining running systems. Share knowledge with colleagues, guide junior developers, and practice TDD and pair programming to optimize complex software. Collaborate with designers and non-developer members to transform skeletal tracking data into interactive virtual matches and high-quality clips.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in software development, or other relevant experience
- 3 years of experience as a software developer, either professionally or in personal projects
- Excellent knowledge in object-oriented programming languages like C++ and Python
- Interest for or experience with Game Engines
- The extension of complex and performance-optimized software challenges you
- For you, strong teamwork and communication skills are not just empty phrases
- You have a good command of written and spoken English
- Continuous personal development is a matter of course for you
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of AWS services
- Experience with Java or C++ Testing Frameworks
- Willingness to practice TDD and pair programming
- Experience with Live Streaming tools and technologies, e.g. FFmpeg, HLS, DASH
