Job Summary

Conduct Agentic .NET development by configuring autonomous agents for coding, debugging, and testing within the SDLC. Design, implement, and maintain backend microservices using .NET 8+ while developing new features and maintaining legacy components for the Windows desktop application (.NET Framework 4.8). Execute test automation engineering to design acceptance and UI tests, and support configuration management for TeamCity and GitLab pipelines. Serve as the technical escalation point for complex customer issues, performing advanced debugging and dependency updates. Work with internal and external partners to enhance traffic control solutions and clear technical debt.

Required Qualifications

  • Practitioner-level AI development experience gained through daily hands-on work with these tools and technologies
  • Strong experience with microservices architecture (.NET 8+)
  • Desktop backend development (.NET Framework 4.8)
  • Deep technical expertise in the .NET framework
  • Strong mastery of object-oriented design (OOD)
  • Standard design patterns
  • Clean code architecture practices
  • Solid understanding of containerization (Docker)
  • Orchestration (Kubernetes or similar)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, GitLab CI/CD)
  • Experience with test automation frameworks
  • Strong ownership mentality
  • Willingness to handle cross-functional tasks
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm
  • Strong interest in enhancing AI-driven engineering workflows
