Job Summary
Senior C#/.Net Engineer responsible for leading full-stack development on .NET back-end and front-end components, implementing scalable software solutions within an Agile framework. Responsibilities include technical planning, requirements definition, test planning and execution, software systems integration, and production support. Develop using C#, .NET Core, MVC, RESTful APIs; design and optimize databases (SQL Server, Entity Framework); work with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS); participate in CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and documentation; mentor junior developers; collaborate with stakeholders, and promote best practices in test automation, modularization, and software quality.
Required Qualifications
- Formal Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline with eight or more years of experience; Master’s Degree with five or more years; Ph.D. with three or more years (as applicable)
- Eight+ years of software development experience using .Net technologies
- Experience with .Net framework and .Net Core
- Proficiency in MVC architecture and C#
- RESTful APIs knowledge
- SQL Server and Entity Framework experience
- Cloud familiarity (Azure and AWS)
- Version control (Git, TFS/TFSVC)
- CI/CD practices and tools
- Unit testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, MSTest)
- Visual Studio / VS Code usage
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Mentoring for junior developers
- Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Security best practices for web apps and APIs
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization
- Knowledge of microservices and containerization (Kubernetes, ECS, EKS)
