Job Summary
Senior C# Developer responsible for influencing, designing, and building roadmap items for the Key Control Dashboard (KCD). Hands-on in resolving technically complex issues, collaborating with a Netherlands-based development team, and mentoring junior developers. Focus areas include modernizing the application, adding innovative functionality, improving performance and user interaction, and contributing to technical decisions. The role emphasizes a proactive mindset, collaboration in an agile environment, and the ability to work across the stack with .NET Core, C#, MS SQL Server, Azure, API management, and security-focused software development. The candidate will operate in a flexible work arrangement with hybrid onsite/remote options and will participate in a culture that values growth, mentoring, and frequent learning opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional development experience.
- Strong experience with C# (.net framework and.net core)
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with data & software security
- Knowledge of C#, .NET full stack, entity framework, MS SQL Server and Azure
- Knowledge of API management
- AI adopter
- A proactive mindset with strong communication skills in English (Dutch is an advantage)
- Team spirit: you enjoy collaboration, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to a dynamic team
- Experience working within agile development teams and a solid track record of independently solving technical challenges.
