Job Summary
Design and develop low-latency trading systems with a focus on the entire technical stack to build stable, scalable, and optimized environments. Propose and investigate new technologies to find optimal solutions while exercising strong object-oriented programming skills. Work directly with technologists and traders to propose new ideas, gather requirements, and bring functionality into production through short development cycles. Focus on performance optimization and latency reduction methodologies to minimize risk.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline or its foreign equivalent
- 10+ years of progressive experience developing software applications or HFT infrastructure
- Strong understanding of high-performance computing using C++
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- thorough understanding of performance optimization / latency reduction methodologies
