Job Summary
Senior Buyer responsible for strategic sourcing, inventory planning, logistics, and ERP optimization. Plays a key role in data collection, analysis, and reporting, negotiates cost-effective pricing and favorable contract terms, and drives on-time delivery while controlling costs. Collaborates with supply chain, sales, product managers, and forecast teams to develop sourcing strategies, maintain supplier scorecards, and support RFQ processes and contract negotiations. Oversees ERP data setup and ensures accurate PO/status tracking, with a focus on quality, delivery performance, and total cost of ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent education or greater
- 3+ years Supply Chain Management or related field and experience
- Excellent advance Excel/Power BI skills
- Experience in sourcing/purchasing/project managing/manufacturing field
- Applicable certifications a plus, e.g CPSM, CTPS, etc
Desired Qualifications
- CPSM, CTPS or similar certifications (preferred)
- Advanced Excel / Power BI skills
- Experience with ERP systems and data analysis
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
- Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and RFQ processes
- 3+ years in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent education or greater
