Job Summary
The Senior Buyer, Procurement – Liquids & Prepress North America is responsible for leading strategic sourcing and category management for key materials such as solvents, waxes, starch, hazardous waste, and energy curing inks with an annual spend of approximately $90M. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sourcing strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply, optimizing costs, and enhancing supplier relationships through effective negotiation. The role requires proficiency in data analysis, at least 4 years of procurement experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in procurement / strategic sourcing of relevant categories
- Highly proficient in data analysis and manipulation using Microsoft Excel
- Experience in market and benchmark analysis at a broad level
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a company with a mature procurement function
