Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration or 8 years of relevant work experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of professional experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Business, or Operations, preferably in the Chemical Industry
- Experience developing, socializing, and executing sourcing strategies with clear goals and priorities
- Experience in strategic sourcing methodologies and implementation
- Proven negotiating and contract authoring experience
- Demonstrated Strategic business and financial acumen
- Ability to work in Ariba and SAP or alternate ERP systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PowerBI
Desired Qualifications
- Strong Procurement Leadership background with 8+ years leading Procurement Projects
- Chemistry or Chemical Engineering background
- Procurement or Supply Chain certification
- Six Sigma Greenbelt+ Certification(s)
