Job Summary
Review MRP data, engineering drawings, and exception messages to drive tactical execution and identify secondary sourcing requirements. Manage approved vendor lists, negotiate costs and terms, and optimize inventory analytics to reduce material and shipping expenses. Create requisitions, convert them to purchase orders, and update SAP information while managing lead times and material master data. Assist in managing supplier scorecards, lead business reviews, and proactively react to material shortages. Work cross-functionally with planning, quality, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to improve supplier relationships and performance.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree
- 5+ years of Supply Chain experience
- buying experience

- ERP/MRP environment experience
- Experienced in both the strategic and tactical side of procurement
- Knowledge in cost analytics
- Knowledge in contracts
- Knowledge in negotiation
- Knowledge in terms & conditions
