Job Summary
Lead a portfolio of strategic sourcing events across indirect categories, managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from strategy and tendering through to negotiation and contract award. Develop sourcing strategies and issue documentation like RFPs while driving value creation through demand management and supplier innovation. Present sourcing recommendations for executive approval and ensure full compliance with PA23/PCR and NESO governance requirements. Build strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, and conduct market analysis to identify improvement opportunities. This role supports the transformation of Great Britain's energy system within a regulated environment.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK by the start of employment

- Public sector experience
- Familiarity of working with UCR, PCR2015 and the Procurement Act 2023 is essential for this role
