Job Summary
Two Senior Buyers (Indirect) responsible for global indirect procurement strategy across categories: technical cooling, heating and lighting, as well as Fleet & Mobility (forklifts, trucks, cars). In Zusammenarbeit with technical and central teams, you will jointly develop economical, sustainable solutions for international sites. Key duties include strategy development, supplier management and qualification, international sourcing and contract negotiations, governance compliance, cost optimization and realization of savings, plus close collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-country teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years experience in indirect procurement
- Experience with E-Sourcing systems
- Spend analyses
- Development of modern category strategies
- Strong skills in international contract and price negotiations
- Analytical and problem-solving approach
- Fluent German and English
- Very good MS Office skills
- SAP MDMS+ preferred
- Structured thinking, initiative, responsibility, communication and teamwork, intercultural competence
