SENIOR BUYER (in S. WI)

Source and procure raw materials, shop supplies, and maintenance parts for production, negotiating prices while ensuring quality and delivery timelines. Enter all purchase orders and incoming materials into the Odyssey system, and maintain capital projects folders and IATF files including supplier surveys and certifications. Collaborate with the Quality department on new material sampling and work with corporate purchasing on new supplier and part number entries. Report monthly cost savings, manage end-of-month inventory entries, and submit scrap reports with invoice copies for surcharges. Maintain relationships with the supply base and assist with 5S auditing, LPA audits, and EHS observations.
