Job Summary
Lead procurement activities from FEL-1 through project closeout for capital investments across chemical manufacturing facilities, including plant expansions, reliability and maintenance, and regulatory projects. Develop sourcing and contracting strategies while managing bidding and negotiation for process equipment, tanks, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, instrumentation, electrical equipment, EPC/EPCM services, and construction contracts. Support plant expansions, debottlenecking, and growth initiatives by delivering cost savings, value engineering, and risk mitigation. Coordinate procurement reporting, forecasting, and project controls to ensure schedule adherence and supplier on-time delivery. Manage supplier relationships and performance programs while leading compliance and regulatory project procurement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant industrial experience in Supply Chain Management specifically in Project Procurement
- Experience with EPC/EPCM contracting
- Experience supporting capital portfolios exceeding $100MM annually
- CPSM, CPSD, PMP, or similar certification
