Job Summary
Establish a vendor network to gather competitive quotes for materials and rental equipment, then facilitate purchases and track order status after Purchase Order issuance. Record goods received, assist with accounts payable reconciliation, and prepare reports and correspondence as needed. Create comparison tables and maintain accurate records of all orders and rentals. This role supports the $4.6B SR 400 Express Lanes project in Atlanta, a public-private partnership delivering design, construction, long-term operation, and maintenance for 50 years.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED
- 5 years minimum related experience
- Previous experience working on heavy civil infrastructure projects (e.g., highways, bridges, transit, or rail)
- Exceptional communication and organization skills
