Senior Business Unit Manager - Hyperscale/Data Center Infrastructure

Job Summary
Lead one of the industry's most strategic hyperscale customer partnerships by serving as the primary business leader for a major client within the Large Form Factor Data Center Infrastructure market. Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, execute account strategies to drive revenue growth, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic engagements. Own the full P&L responsibility for the assigned business unit, including financial performance, margin, and operational objectives. Drive capacity planning strategies to meet aggressive growth requirements, support new product introductions and production ramp-ups, and resolve complex supply chain and operational challenges. Manage pricing strategies, profitability, and commercial negotiations while developing forecasts and financial models supporting customer investments. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of customer programs and champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on delivery, quality, and cost.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-12+ years of experience in business unit leadership, manufacturing operations, program management, or customer-facing operational roles
- Strong background in operational management, capacity planning, and cross-functional leadership
- Demonstrated success managing large customer programs or strategic accounts
- Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership, forecasting, and business planning
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive relationship management skills
- Austin, TX or Salt Lake City, UT (Onsite)
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ years of preferred experience supporting hyperscale, cloud infrastructure, data center, networking, server, storage, or related technology customers
- Preferred experience within the Large Form Factor (LFF) Data Center Infrastructure industry
