Job Summary
Senior Business Transformation Manager needed to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives for Vattenfall’s Onshore Wind business. Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery of strategic, cross-departmental projects; stakeholder engagement and storytelling for sponsors and management; driving fast-paced organizational initiatives; acting as an internal advisor to Onshore leadership; and mentoring project teams. Requires an advanced university degree, 7+ years in transformation/strategy roles, energy-sector experience, strong problem-solving and design-thinking methodologies, and advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills. English fluency required; German/Swedish/Danish/Dutch a plus. Will contribute to operating model improvements, digitalisation efforts, and innovative ways of working to support fossil-free living. Required Qualifications
- Advanced university degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in transformation/improvement/strategy
- Fluent in English; additional languages (German, Swedish, Danish, Dutch) as plus
