Senior Business Transformation Manager

Job Summary
Senior Business Transformation Manager needed to lead cross-departmental improvement initiatives within Vattenfall's Onshore Wind business. You will own end-to-end delivery of complex strategic projects, engage and influence senior stakeholders, facilitate impactful workshops (in-person & virtual), and ensure project success through storytelling, analysis, and compelling presentations for sponsors and management. You will drive fast-paced organizational projects, act as an internal advisor to Onshore leadership, mentor project teams, and support continuous improvement efforts, including operating model enhancements and digitalisation initiatives. The role requires an advanced university degree, 7+ years of transformation/strategy experience, strong communication across levels, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; English fluency is required with additional European languages considered a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced university degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in transformation/improvement/strategy roles
- Strong communication skills across all levels with experience engaging senior management
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for professional presentations and data analysis
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication
- Additional language skills in German, Swedish, Danish, or Dutch are a plus
