Senior Business Transformation Manager

Job Summary
Lead cross-departmental transformation projects within the Onshore Wind/Business Excellence team, owning end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, guiding stakeholders through workshops and analysis, and driving operating-model improvements. Mentor and develop project teams, apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to drive change, and deliver tangible impact in a fast-paced, international energy environment. Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills are required, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; additional language skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced university degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in a transformation/improvement/strategy role
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for developing professional presentations and performing data analysis
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
