Senior Business Systems Engineer

Senior IT Business Systems Analyst role focused on SAP SD and CS in a hybrid setup (Kitchener, ON). Responsible for supporting and optimizing SAP SD/CS solutions, partnering with business stakeholders and IT teams to implement system enhancements, resolve complex issues, and support SAP projects from design through deployment. Duties include incident resolution, requirements analysis, designing SAP solutions, leading or supporting SAP implementation lifecycles and enhancements, root-cause analysis for Level 3 issues, collaboration with architects and cross-functional teams, participation in business process design, testing (including UAT), data migration, and user acceptance testing, ensuring governance/GRC compliance, providing post-go-live support, identifying process-improvement opportunities, and contributing to documentation and continuous optimization. Required qualifications include relevant IT/CS degree, SAP SD/CS experience, lifecycle exposure, knowledge of Agile/Waterfall, SAP ERP/S/4HANA understanding, testing and data-migration experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with Jira/SharePoint/Solution Manager/Microsoft Office; certifications such as SAP/ITIL/Agile are a plus, with a noting of high-speed internet requirements for remote/hybrid roles.
