Job Summary
Develop and support solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central while troubleshooting system issues across ERP, CRM, SharePoint, and integrations. Partner directly with business stakeholders to refine requirements, participate in testing and walkthroughs, and document technical solutions for knowledge sharing. Streamline business processes using approved AI tools to reduce manual effort and manage multiple tasks throughout the full software development lifecycle. This onsite role in Salt Lake City, UT, requires a technical lead with 8-10 years of experience working with customers and managing projects within a collegial, purpose-driven water solutions team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 8-10 years of experience working as a Software Engineer or similar position
- Experience developing for ERP (Microsoft Business Central)
- Hands-on programming experience using relevant languages
- SQL
- Proven experience serving as technical lead throughout the full software development lifecycle, from conception, architecture definition, detailed design, scoping, planning, implementation, testing, to documentation, delivery, and maintenance
- A comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, the ability to prioritize activities, and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Experience working with clients and business partners
- Attention to detail, proven problem-solving skills, and strong team-building skills
- Ability to perform tasks while in a sedentary position using a computer and phone
- Frequently required to engage in talking, hearing, and visual focus
- Regularly required to move throughout the facility, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
