Senior Business Systems Analyst

Gather requirements, document current-state workflows, and map business processes to identify operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Analyze data inputs, handoffs, and system usage to define desired outcomes for process or system enhancements. Support cross-functional projects by preparing requirements, coordinating stakeholder feedback, and documenting decisions, risks, and follow-up items across existing SaaS platforms and integrations. Develop reporting and recommendations using operational data to support leadership prioritization and decision-making. Report to the Chief of AI and collaborate closely with Operations, Business Systems, and Technology teams to translate messy business problems into clear documentation.
