Job Summary
Senior Business Systems Analyst partners with business and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize enterprise platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, DXP/DAM). Responsible for translating business needs into functional specifications, coordinating with architects/developers, managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle, supporting vendor evaluation/RFPs, and leading/participating in design sessions and stakeholder workshops to align on solution outcomes. Key duties include end-to-end requirements gathering across business, digital, and operational workflows; ensuring quality control; identifying gaps and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience; and facilitating testing (system/integration/user acceptance). Strong experience with SaaS/cloud ecosystems, APIs, data modeling, and cross-functional collaboration with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors is required; non-profit experience is an asset. Compensation range is CAD 90,729.60 to CAD 113,422.40 with potential up to CAD 136,094.40; reasonable accommodations available upon request.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Business Systems Analyst experience in enterprise/digital environments
- Hands-on Salesforce/ServiceNow/CRM/DXP/DAM implementations
- Requirements analysis, process modeling, solution design
- Experience with SaaS and cloud-based platforms
- System integrations, APIs, relational databases
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives
- Non-profit experience is an asset
