Job Summary
Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle Subscription Management and Oracle Fusion Financials, focused on supporting subscription lifecycle management, billing operations, and enterprise finance processes. Partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, and global teams to drive requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, release management, and production support across Oracle Fusion Cloud environments. Leads end-to-end subscription management activities (creation, amendments, renewals, pricing, billing), supports integrations between Oracle Subscription Management, Oracle Receivables, Billing, and Salesforce/Oracle Order Management, and designs cross-functional solutions with functional ownership. Responsibilities include BRD/FRD creation, requirement gathering, UAT/SIT coordination, defect triage, production support, release planning, and process optimization. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative skills are required to drive delivery in a fast-paced global environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Applications, Business, or related field
