Job Summary
Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive a significant ERP modernization effort centered on Infor platforms. Translate business needs into clear functional designs, guide configuration and integration decisions, and support users through change. Serve as the bridge between business and IT, leading requirements gathering, analyzing processes, and delivering functional specs and design documents. Lead both waterfall and agile initiatives, manage scope and risk, triage issues, and collaborate with vendors and technical teams to design, test, and deploy solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and service operations on a global scale. Engage with stakeholders at all levels, lead meetings, and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Provide ongoing support for Infor ERP initiatives, configurations, enhancements, and integrations, while ensuring alignment with broader company goals and measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, MIS, or related field
- at least 5 years of IT experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience gathering and analyzing requirements
- writing functional specifications

- working with developers
- conducting unit and regression testing
- Solid experience with major enterprise ERP platforms (Infor LN, M3, or CloudSuite; SAP; Oracle)
- implementations, enhancements, change management, and complex integrations
- experience leading projects using waterfall and agile methodologies
- Fluent written and verbal English
- strong presentation skills
- ability to communicate with global stakeholders, vendors, and service providers
- travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
- passport possession
- analytical, listening, and problem-solving skills
- familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley controls
- experience supporting a global manufacturer
- second language proficiency desired
