Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive systems design, business requirements, and business cases to improve business efficiency and productivity. Gather and prioritize requirements following a structured process, develop solution designs, and engage stakeholders in testing. Configure and test applications with users, providing training and manuals to streamline system uptake. Manage cross-team resources through scheduling and prioritization while adhering to IT standards, QA, and SDLC methodologies. Work in a hybrid environment (3 days office, 3 days remote) in Irvine, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year college
- Applicable trade school
- Commensurate work experience
- Four-year college preferred
- 8+ years of systems design and test experience
- Some related leadership experience
- Experience working in core distribution business processes such as: Sales to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounting (AP/AR), and Warehouse Management
- Ability to understand, communicate, interpret client business processes and requirements
- Ability to configure and test with the users
- Good to excellent verbal and written communications skills
