Job Summary
Support users by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle EBS financial applications, collaborating with end-users, Help Desk, and technical teams. Provide proactive and reactive support during financial close cycles, including month-end activities, while creating and maintaining process documentation and knowledge base materials. Develop functional requirements and specification documents, build test scenarios, and coordinate functional and regression testing for system enhancements. Monitor system interfaces to ensure data integrity, identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, and assist with Oracle functionality configuration and implementation. Utilize basic SQL queries to research issues and support ad hoc data requests, creating BI reports to support business users. Work closely with Finance, Accounting, IT teams, and external vendors to resolve system and data questions in a live environment. Occasional after-hours or weekend support may be required during critical periods.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Financials, or comparable ERP financial systems in a production or business support environment
- Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Experience supporting ERP issue resolution, data analysis, testing, documentation, and business user support
- Ability to troubleshoot system and data issues, identify root causes, and partner with business and technical teams to resolve issues
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships with business users and technical teams
- Basic SQL knowledge and experience supporting data analysis and issue resolution
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must pass a post-offer drug screen
- Must pass a background check
- Must review and sign an Arbitration Agreement
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Oracle BI, or other reporting tools
- Exposure to change management processes and SOX/internal controls
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
