Job Summary
Senior Business Systems Analyst responsible for leading analysis of business system needs and translating objectives into functional requirements. Responsibilities include creating functional designs, defining product backlog, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting backlog prioritization, coordinating UAT, contributing to testing strategy, and triaging production incidents. Proficient in ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, gap-analysis, data visualization with MS Office tools, and collaborating with developers, designers, and architects to ensure solutions meet business needs. Telecommuting is permissible within commutable distance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Engineering (any) or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Business Systems Analyst-related occupation
