Job Summary
Senior Business Systems Analyst bridging IT and Transportation Operations; responsible for evaluating, implementing, supporting, and optimizing transit technology platforms including ITS, APC sensors (IRMA 6/IRMA Matrix), IVLU, real-time passenger information, and enterprise video management (Genetec Security Center). Acts as liaison between operational departments and technical teams; translates business requirements into technology solutions; manages vendor relationships; supports system integrations, upgrades, deployments, and documentation. Must have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to mentor junior staff and support both enterprise IT infrastructure and field-based transportation technology across hybrid environments. Domestic public-sector role with focus on uptime, reliability, and operational excellence; willingness to support planned outages and extended hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent +5 Years of working knowledge in the field
- Associate of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems + 10 Years of working knowledge in the field
