Job Summary
Senior Business Systems Analyst responsible for translating business requirements into functional specifications and non-functional requirements, coordinating with IT stakeholders, managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle, planning UAT, maintaining procedures and user documentation, and providing data-driven insights using Python/SQL/Power BI. The role supports remote/hybrid/office schedules and requires collaboration across business and IT to ensure solutions align with strategic goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
- 4–6 years of related experience
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, and Power BI
- Knowledge of Snowflake, Teradata, and/or other RDBMS
- Knowledge of health care payer business functions and operations
- Knowledge of Agile Software Development; Software Development Life Cycle
- Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to work independently
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Demonstrates high level of accuracy and judgment
