Job Summary
Partner with Product Management, Technology, vendors, carriers, Compliance, Operations, and stakeholders to define business requirements for AnnuityNet changes and support carrier onboarding, product launches, and regulatory initiatives. Draft and maintain requirements, work requests, process documentation, issue logs, and release readiness materials while coordinating analysis with internal teams to resolve dependencies and defects. Support test planning, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and production validation for AnnuityNet and e-Signature releases, monitoring release readiness and escalating barriers to ensure timely, accurate launches. Provide subject matter support for carrier questions, form tagging, prefill logic, and audit logs, developing reporting and business insights to track workload and progress. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or insurance, with a preference for AnnuityNet and e-Signature workflows. Full-time, exempt position with no visa sponsorship; base pay ranges from $81,700 to $112,300/year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, technology, operations, finance, insurance, or a related field
- 5+ years of business analysis, platform support, product support, operations, technology delivery, or financial services experience
- Strong business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, issue analysis, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience supporting financial services, insurance, annuity, brokerage, technology, operations, or regulated platform work
- Ability to translate complex business, operational, regulatory, and technology needs into clear requirements and actionable delivery plans
- Strong testing coordination skills, including user acceptance testing, regression testing, defect tracking, and release validation
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work across Product, Technology, Compliance, Operations, vendors, and senior stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, and drive follow-through on risks, dependencies, and open items
- Valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of annuity processing preferably with AnnuityNet, e-Signature workflows, carrier connectivity, forms/disclosures, advisor experience, or production support
- Demonstrated experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, supporting testing, managing issue resolution, and coordinating across cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of annuity, insurance, brokerage, or regulated financial services processes
- Experience with digital transaction platforms, e-Signature workflows, vendor-supported systems, forms/disclosures, or production support
