Job Summary
Senior Business Systems Analyst drives AI/data solutions by leading discovery and requirements gathering for AI/ML and Generative AI use cases, translating business problems into detailed functional and technical specifications, and partnering with data scientists and AI engineers to define model inputs/outputs and success metrics. The role ensures traceability across the solution lifecycle, collaborates with governance to uphold data quality, privacy, and responsible AI standards, and supports model validation, UAT, and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities in enterprise workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required
- 8 – 12 years’ related experience; or a Master’s degree with 6+ years’ experience; or equivalent directly related work experience
- Strong experience working on data, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives in enterprise environments
- Working knowledge of machine learning concepts, data pipelines, APIs, and system integrations
- Experience translating complex data-driven problems into business requirements and scalable solutions
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and supporting product delivery lifecycles
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Databricks, and enterprise analytics tools preferred
- Exposure to Generative AI (LLMs, copilots, prompt-based applications) and AI governance concepts preferred
