Job Summary
Senior Business Systems Administrator role overseeing procurement and accounts payable system support. Responsibilities include data gathering, tracking, and reporting for Procurement and Accounting transactions; developing new or unused solutions for the Centralized Property Accounts Payable team; monitoring day-to-day workflows; providing analytics and reports related to procurement and AP; configuring and upgrading the Coupa system; providing Coupa user support and prioritizing issue resolution; completing user acceptance testing of Coupa upgrades; managing and training team members; and serving as a liaison between internal customers and vendors to resolve issues. Requires knowledge of procurement, accounts payable, and recording practices, with experience in accounting and inventory management, plus strong collaboration and customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a team of three or more Business Application Specialists or similar
- Knowledge of standard procurement, accounts payable and recording practices
- Experience in Accounting and/or Inventory Management
- Strong collaboration, communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Coupa or similar procurement platforms and experience with system configuration and upgrades
- Ability to lead analytics, reporting and data gathering related to Procurement and AP
- Experience with testing and user acceptance testing of system upgrades
- Liaison between internal customers and vendors as necessary
- Monitoring day-to-day workflows and ensuring timely resolution of exceptions
- Understanding of month-end close processes and financial accuracy
