Senior Business System Analyst - Order To Cash

Job Summary
Lead functional design, production support, and continuous improvement for JD Edwards Order-to-Cash solutions covering sales, inventory, transportation, and accounts receivable. Conduct root cause analysis on complex production issues, develop testing strategies, and prepare functional specifications for enhancements and integrations. Partner with the ERP Applications Manager to prioritize governance, standardize processes, and mentor analysts while translating business requirements into scalable designs. Support month-end and quarter-end transaction processing and lead workshops to identify process improvements across the Order-to-Cash portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- extensive hands-on JD Edwards experience in complex manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain-intensive environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
- 8-10+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience
- at least 5 years supporting Sales Order Management and Order-to-Cash processes in JD Edwards
- Extensive functional, technical, and operational knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne, including version 9.2, and Oracle Transportation Management
- Demonstrated experience independently configuring, supporting, and enhancing JDE production environments and leading complex enhancements and implementations
- Expert knowledge of: Sales Order Management
- Expert knowledge of: Advanced pricing
- Expert knowledge of: Order activity rules
- Expert knowledge of: Transportation management integration
- Expert knowledge of: Inventory commitment
- Expert knowledge of: EDI transactions
- Expert knowledge of: Customer master
- Expert knowledge of: UDC configuration
- Expert knowledge of: Security concepts
- Expert knowledge of: Orchestrator
- Expert knowledge of: Batch processing
- Expert knowledge of: Financial integration
- Experience with EDI platforms and external customer system integrations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including practical experience with the operation of these processes in JDE and OTM
- Working knowledge of finance processes including billing, accounts receivable, cash application, and credit management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar operational and delivery management tools
