Job Summary
The Senior Business Strategy Manager will support all departments within Fay Servicing in planning, execution of projects, and strategies to drive revenue increases, cost savings, operational enhancements, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves defining and tracking SLAs, KPIs, performance metrics, and collaborating with the Policies and Procedures team. Key qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, extensive experience in financial products, process implementation, strong project management knowledge, and advanced Microsoft Office skills. The position offers a salary range of $130,000 to $135,000 annually and provides eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or commensurate experience
- 10+ years’ experience with residential mortgage, commercial mortgage, insurance, and other financial products
- 5+ years’ experience with knowledge in key areas encompassed within the Financial Services division assigned (originations, insurance, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in process implementation
- Comprehensive knowledge of project and product management lifecycles
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to independently drive implementation and integration of key initiatives
- Ability to understand and document processes
- High level of problem-solving, process improvement, and product management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
