Job Summary
The Senior Business Strategy Manager is responsible for supporting assigned business units with the planning, support, and execution of strategies to drive revenue, cost savings, and operational enhancements. The role involves defining processes and technology solutions, driving performance metrics, and collaborating with the Policies and Procedures team to adhere to regulations. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in business, extensive experience in the financial sector, strong skills in project management, effective communication, problem-solving, and the ability to lead in diverse environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or commensurate experience
- 10+ years’ experience with residential mortgage, commercial mortgage, insurance, and other financial products
- 5+ years’ experience with knowledge in key areas of Financial Services division
- 5+ years’ experience in process implementation with best practices
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- High learning agility and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills in formal and matrixed environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective relationships
Desired Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of project and product management lifecycles
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities and propose solutions
- Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation
- Professional maturity, integrity, and ability to maintain confidential data
