Job Summary
The Senior Business Strategy Manager will report to the Chief of Staff, Servicing, and is responsible for supporting all departments within Fay Servicing in planning, executing projects and strategies focused on revenue, cost savings, operational enhancements, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include defining and tracking SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics, driving business strategy execution methodologies, and collaborating with the Policies and Procedures team. The role requires a bachelor's degree, extensive experience in financial services, strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or commensurate experience
- 10+ years’ experience with residential mortgage, commercial mortgage, insurance, and other financial products
- 5+ years’ experience with knowledge in key areas within Financial Services division
- 5+ years’ experience in process implementation with best practices
- Comprehensive knowledge of project and product management lifecycles
Desired Qualifications
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in using Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities and propose solutions
- Strong business acumen and fiscal aptitude
- Demonstrated leadership skills
