Job Summary
Senior PLM-focused Business Solution Architect in Tel Aviv responsible for harmonizing PLM processes and systems. Lead requirements analysis, design functional PLM capabilities (BOM management, change management, compliance, data migration), and drive harmonization projects across organizations and legacy systems. Collaborate with IT and business groups to integrate PLM with ERP, CAD, and SAP; develop documentation, guidelines, and training for adoption and user readiness; mentor on PLM methodologies to ensure scalable solutions aligned with business goals; identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvements. Requires a B.Sc. in a relevant field and 5+ years of PLM experience; strong PLM platform expertise (Windchill, Agile); proven leadership in PLM implementation or harmonization; ability to work in a dynamic environment and communicate effectively in English.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Industrial/Mechanical/ hardware engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in PLM systems architecture, business analysis, or solution development
- Strong expertise in PLM platforms such as Windchill or Agile
- Proven record of leading PLM implementation or system harmonization projects
- Experience with BOM structure, change control, and system integration with ERP/CAD tools
- English proficiency
