Job Summary
Senior Business Solution Architect role focused on designing and implementing client solutions for Clio Operate/ShareDo within large law firms. Responsibilities include mapping client requirements to the platform, configuring workflows/forms/templates in a low-code environment, leading delivery across the implementation lifecycle, owning a solution area, defining best practices, enhancing accelerators, advising on enterprise architecture, data and integration strategies, influencing product direction through client insights, and supporting adoption via mentoring and pre-sales demos. Travel to client sites and cross-functional meetings is ~20%. Requires deep domain expertise in legal processes and experience with legal-financial software, strong delivery ownership, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities. Required Qualifications
- Senior-level professional with extensive experience in delivering complex business solutions in a commercial domain (e.g., legal process, corporate law)
- Hands-on delivery-focused mindset with ability to own end-to-end delivery
- Experience with legal financial software such as Aderant, 3E, Bill Blast
- Strong consultative skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Technical fluency in low-code environments and integrations
- Client-focused change management and training experience
- Willingness to travel ~20%
