Job Summary
Senior Business Sales Executive Mobility responsible for hunting and prospecting new business within the assigned territory, conducting field customer visits when not in the office, and collaborating with the team from the assigned location. Key duties include lead generation, prospecting, client engagement to understand technology needs, presenting growth opportunities, account development, consultative selling to overcome objections, drafting proposals (RFP responses), and designing strategic initiatives to grow and retain revenue for complex accounts. Required skills include a hunter mindset, networking and negotiation, CRM/funnel management, IT/tech knowledge, and a track record of meeting sales targets. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. Competitive base pay plus commission with a strong earning potential; location in Flint or Southfield, Michigan; 40-hour work week with field and office collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Sales experience: 5-8+ years of outside/B2B sales, tech sales preferred
- Technical knowledge in IT and advanced technology
- CRM systems experience
- Hunter mindset with ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- Proven networking and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and insurance
Desired Qualifications
