Job Summary
Senior Business Banking Relationship Manager (LO) will source and onboard new business clients through strategic prospecting and referrals, build visibility with Centers of Influence, deepen existing relationships by understanding client priorities, manage a moderately complex book, and drive portfolio growth via deposits and deepening opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive financial and credit assessments, structuring secured and unsecured credit solutions within delegated authority, coordinating with credit partners, presenting credit recommendations and financial strategies, delivering Wells Fargo business banking products (credit, treasury management, digital tools), tailoring solutions to client cash flows and operating cycles, collaborating with product teams to streamline processes, engaging financial decision-makers with proactive communication, providing feedback to enhance tools, and retaining/growing client relationships with transparent risk and service. The LO role requires meeting LO qualification requirements under Regulation Z and visiting customers/prospects in the assigned market, with emphasis on risk management and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years banking experience
- BS/BA degree or higher (preferred)
- Customer-facing relationship management experience
- Ability to visit customers and prospects outside of office within assigned market/geography
- Regulation Z LO qualification requirements and compliance with Wells Fargo policies
