Job Summary
Senior Business Relationship Manager (LO) at Wells Fargo engaging with a local market to deepen client relationships, prospect for new business, develop COIs, manage a moderately complex book, drive portfolio growth, and provide financial and credit solutions. Responsibilities include sourcing and onboarding clients, understanding client priorities, performing financial and credit assessments, structuring secured/unsecured credit, presenting credit recommendations, delivering Wells Fargo products (credit, treasury management, digital tools), tailoring solutions to client cash flow and operating cycles, collaborating with product teams, proactive client engagement and risk management, and maintaining transparent client communication while expanding relationships. Requires navigating regulatory requirements for Loan Originator (Regulation Z) and engaging in outside-of-branch visits within the assigned market.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
