Senior Business Relationship Manager

Senior Business Relationship Manager responsible for aligning strategy and IT initiatives with business leaders, developing deliverables and roadmaps, and driving value across organizations. Key duties include partnering with business leadership and BRMs to plan joint initiatives, coaching BRMs on articulating their function’s needs, leading and developing project teams, managing budgets, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives, enabling change management, and driving IT-business partnership. The role requires exceptional communication, ability to influence decision-makers, strong business acumen, experience modeling business processes, and proven success in delivering strategic initiatives and technology-enabled improvements. The position operates within FlightSafety International’s aviation training ecosystem, collaborating across business units and IT to deliver multi-year roadmaps and tangible outcomes.
