Job Summary
Senior Business Recruiter (hybrid in Denver, CO) responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple business functions (Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing). Source and engage top talent via cold outreach, job boards, referrals, events, and networking; partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent-strategy advisor; lead recruiting events and initiatives to enhance employer presence; optimize ATS usage and recruiting analytics; collaborate with HR Business Partners to align on talent strategy and market insights; uphold Ibotta core values and drive cross-functional hiring excellence. Requires 5-7+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, excellent communication, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with confidentiality and growth mindset. Position is located in Denver, CO, hybrid (3 days in office: Tue, Wed, Thu).
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to build and maintain strong rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to plan and prioritize based on urgency and changing needs
- Exceptional ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while being able to pivot quickly and effectively as needed
- Ability to work with confidential and/or sensitive information
- Growth mindset and adaptability
