Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end business process architecture and design for assigned operational domains including Sales, Customer Success, and Supply Chain. Lead transformation initiatives by performing gap analyses between current and future-state processes, documenting high-level solution approaches, and managing User Acceptance Testing. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into process solutions, validate compatibility with enterprise architecture, and advocate for automation projects leveraging Salesforce and NetSuite. Drive continuous improvement by identifying data-driven opportunities, implementing change management plans, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business process management, business systems analysis, operations, or program delivery
- Exposure to Salesforce and/or NetSuite environments and integrated business workflows
- Advanced knowledge of system integration across Salesforce, ERP, internal proprietary systems, and third-party apps
- Experience working on multi-team, cross-functional initiatives across functions (not just one domain)
- Demonstrated expertise in business requirement analysis, technical analysis, business architecture, process design, quality assurance, data analysis, and solution or product ownership
- Experience with technology/system development methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- This position is based in the San Francisco office and requires in-office attendance Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
