Senior Business Process Consultant - American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC)

Senior ERP Program Manager responsible for leading modernization of Oracle-based financial systems and enterprise-wide business-process improvements at the American Battle Monuments Commission. Oversees analysis, planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition of complex technology and process improvements across a globally distributed organization operating across multiple countries, currencies, and time zones. Combines expertise in federal financial systems, ERP implementation, project management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change management to deliver enterprise applications such as Oracle Federal Financial Management Systems, payroll/human capital systems, travel and facilities management solutions, and related financial processes. Provides leadership for governance, risk management, and reporting, coordinating across headquarters, overseas operations, and external providers; leads system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and modernization efforts; develops requirements and technical specifications; supports cloud migration and data-driven improvements; and drives user adoption, training, and documentation through a structured change-management approach.
