Job Summary
Senior-level analyst responsible for guiding the Warehousing & Logistics business design and process improvements. Leads requirements gathering, designs future-state processes, and coordinates projects to implement solutions within ERP/WMS contexts. Develops process flows, SOPs, and training materials; supports UAT and validation with stakeholders; ensures data consistency and alignment with cross-functional teams. Works with Operations, Data & Analytics, and ERP teams to deliver scalable, long-term improvements, with potential involvement in transportation needs and global rollout. Requires 5+ years in warehousing/logistics, post-secondary education in related fields (or equivalent), strong PM and analytical skills, and ability to travel internationally. Open to hybrid remote work from New Westminster, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ work experience within Warehousing & Logistics focused role
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain management or other relevant fields and/or equivalent industry experiences
- Prior implementation experience
- Experience in developing reports for analysis and decision making
- Strong Project Management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to travel internationally as required
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems and order management processes
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines
- Proactive in identifying root causes of issues and developing solutions
- Team-oriented and collaborative with ability to work with cross-functional teams
